Running nervous...

Gracious, yesterday ended crazy. For the most part, all was g. But how the day ended was nuts. I went to work early, because I had to leave early. Work was straight. Nothing eventful happened in the shipyard. Went to ODU to handle some business. But leaving ODU, I went crazy.
Next thing, I know I'm driving around Portsmouth. I end up in Deep Creek. For no reason. About 30 mins later, I end up back on track heading home. But I got hungry. So I go to Bloom. Maaaan... next thing I know, I have a cart with 2 pounds of steamed shrimp, 3 pounds of pasta, green salsa, and a pistachio and nut mix. Don't ask. Spent way too much money considering food was at the crib.
By the time, I get home I'm on edge. I'm in the yard trying to do yard work... at 8:30 at night! It was so weird for me. My mom had to put me down. I was in bed by 9:30, which is rare for me. I just woke up, and its about 1:50 am now. I just had to write about that weird few hours.

Damn....

...I'm back again, and not a thing has changed. I was about to spill my guts, bear my soul, and I realized. Yea, I was probably going to write the same boo hoo sad song I wrote last year. Eh... bump that.
I've been down in the dumps and everything. I just realized its the same crap. So I"m going to save you, me, everybody some time and... uh yea... I'll just miss you with that foolishness. This reminds me of something I heard recently
"People in a rut will stay in a rut. Why? I'll tell you why. Simply because they do not use their ability to get these done"
LOL. Matter of fact, This post is kinda useless, but I figured I'd leave it up anyways.
Hmm...so once again, I decided against a new year's resolution. However, from now on I will do a new DAY's resolution. I think that'll be a good way of psyching myself into making change and keeping it going. Hopefully I can keep this going. LOL.
Anyways, I have a day tomorrow. Just a regular day. I need to rest up for it so I can give it my all. Tomorrow is going to be a good day because I'm going to make it a good day. And thats the bottom line cuz B. Book said so

Can't Run, Can't Hide

It just seems like I can't get away. No matter what I do, I just can't get away. All I was hoping for was a fresh start or new beginning. Nah...I can't get that apparently. My past won't seem to let me go. Oh....I know what you are going to say...I haven't let go of my past. Oh no, I want it behind me. But as long as I'm in this area, I don't think I'll ever be able to shake my past. Maybe if I moved away... That was a luxury I used to have. That was the gift and curse of being a military kid. Every 2-4 years, I got a new life. A new start. I could reinvent myself. I could start over. No one would know what I did in my previous school or who I was with or anything.

Ah well, some things aren't just meant to have I suppose. What are you going to do? I suppose I'll just keep on trucking to the next stop. I might be losing too much time.

Hehehe... well, there is nothing new with me. Just the same ol' same ol'. However...this video is "new new" from Talib Kweli. I like it...

I think I'm getting a little lazy with these things. I have a lot going on with me but don't know where to begin to get it out. But in the mean time, I'll let this video give you a taste
